
Codfish Teles style

Ingredients:
- 4 cod loins
- 8 medium potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 300ml Moura PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Heat the grill and put the peppers on to roast
- Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water with the skins on
- Boil the eggs in water
- Crush the garlic and put it in a pan with Moura DOP olive oil over a low heat, without letting it boil.
- Cut the onion into half-moons and set aside
- Once the peppers are roasted, put them in a plastic bag and seal it. After cooling, peel them
- Bake the cod skin side down
- Remove the potatoes from the water and peel them
- On a platter, serve the potatoes, the peppers in strips, the eggs in slices and the shredded cod, cleaned of skin and bones
