Loin in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg pork loin
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 150 ml Moura Olive Oil PDO - Organic
  • 150 ml white wine
  • Paprika paste
  • Bay leaves, cloves and nutmeg to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the loin by piercing it several times with the tip of a knife.
  2. Make a mixture with the garlic and paprika.
  3. Cover the meat with the mixture and leave to marinate overnight.
  4. Place the meat in the tray, add the Organic Olive Oil, bay leaves, cloves and nutmeg.
  5. Drizzle the whole mixture with the white wine.
  6. Cover the mixture with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil, turn the loin over and leave until golden brown.

Suggestion: Serve with potatoes and a lettuce salad seasoned with our Selection Olive Oil.
