Loin in the oven

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork loin
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml Moura Olive Oil PDO - Organic
- 150 ml white wine
- Paprika paste
- Bay leaves, cloves and nutmeg to taste.
Preparation:
- Prepare the loin by piercing it several times with the tip of a knife.
- Make a mixture with the garlic and paprika.
- Cover the meat with the mixture and leave to marinate overnight.
- Place the meat in the tray, add the Organic Olive Oil, bay leaves, cloves and nutmeg.
- Drizzle the whole mixture with the white wine.
- Cover the mixture with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, turn the loin over and leave until golden brown.
Suggestion: Serve with potatoes and a lettuce salad seasoned with our Selection Olive Oil.
