Creamy baked cod with sprouts and sausage

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Moura PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 500g soaked and shredded codfish
  • 1 package of frozen sprouts
  • 200g straw potatoes
  • 1 packet of white sauce
  • 100g sausage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Sauté the sliced onion and chopped garlic cloves in Moura DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When the onion is translucent, add the cod and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Add the greens, season with salt and pepper and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the straw potatoes, mix well and let them soften.
  3. Add the white sauce, adjust the seasoning and place in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with the chopped sausage and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
