Creamy baked cod with sprouts and sausage

Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Moura PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 500g soaked and shredded codfish
- 1 package of frozen sprouts
- 200g straw potatoes
- 1 packet of white sauce
- 100g sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Sauté the sliced onion and chopped garlic cloves in Moura DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When the onion is translucent, add the cod and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the greens, season with salt and pepper and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the straw potatoes, mix well and let them soften.
- Add the white sauce, adjust the seasoning and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with the chopped sausage and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
