Place the sliced onions and peppers in a large saucepan. Add the sliced garlic and tomatoes.
Add the peeled and sliced potatoes, bay leaf, parsley and chilli. Place the diced cod on top and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Preheat the oven to 160º C. In a large saucepan, cook the octopus with about 5 liters of water and an unpeeled onion.
Bake for 40 minutes, until tender. Check by poking the thickest tentacles with a fork. Season with salt and leave to cool in its own water.
Sauté the sliced onion and chopped garlic cloves in Moura DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
When the onion is translucent, add the cod and cook for a few minutes.
